At MAGGIEs STONES, every piece is handcrafted with love using natural raw stones. Please note: each stone is completely unique — the color, pattern, shape, and texture of the stone you receive will differ from the product photos. This is not a defect; it is the beauty of natural, one-of-a-kind gemstones. No two pieces are ever exactly alike.
However, we ensure consistency in the metal components of each piece — including the overall width of bracelet settings, the size and width of ring bands, and the size and width of pendant mounts — so the fit and structure of your jewelry will remain true to what you see in our photos.
⚠️ Allergy Disclaimer Our jewelry is made with copper / copper alloy (such as brass). Copper is considered a low-allergen metal, but it is not completely allergen-free. A very small number of people may experience reactions to copper or trace elements such as nickel found in alloys. If you have sensitive skin or a known metal allergy, we recommend testing for any adverse reaction before wearing. If you experience any discomfort upon first wear, please stop wearing the piece immediately and contact us
When We Offer Refunds
We offer full refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a craftsmanship issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You do not need to return the item.
Allergy-Related Refunds
